HINATA BUILD?

Currently running wo do+ (res) as for the seal it will be brazen attk/res once I unlock it.
With this set up Hinatas at the right hp his stats would be
Hp:65, Atk: 43(50), Spd: 26, Def:36(50), Res: 22(36)..
Now my question is.. will this be useful un arena? Tempest trails and chain challenges.. I'm planning on making him 10 when I get the chance. Some advice, builds, would be nice

Wouldn't defense be 43 (at the right HP)? Not seeing how you'd get 50.

That said Renewal kind of hurts the build and Wrath with perhaps Barrier Blade or Safeguard may be a better choice.

I agree with Tandor, renewal in such builds like this would be terrible as Brazen skills and healing skills don't really have synergy.

SB/WB and Safeguard/Barrier Blade builds can be used on Hinata but they are incredibly expensive. Especially a SB and Safeguard build. I'd also give him Ignis or Aether for Slaying Edge builds.

Wo Dao, noontime, SB and Wrath could be a nice set up for Hinata.

IV or not, I don't think you have any business trying to make him look like an idiot. The build could use some improvement but it's not a bad idea.

Alas, so weve come full circle it seems. Me now criticizing players who dont bother looking at the unit builds and you defending them.

The difference being.... that this guy should really know better by know, and WHERE is the lie?

I never took issue with people for building badly. I took exception with people who just plop their IV question without any evidence of having spent any effort trying to figure out a task which I regard as theirs.

I do think that the OP should know better 8 months in. Agree with you on that one. But I don't see a lazy player, maybe one who isn't especially attuned and who could use some advice. I don't get why you think fuming at the guy would help with that. I've always sought to show the ones I found lazy that resources are available if they're willing to look, and sometimes I link them. And sometimes I explain why I believe they should learn to do it themselves rather than expect to have builds spoonfed to them. I had a discussion with someone who asserted, rightly, that it comes with experience. Even I have things to learn. We all need a chance to get things wrong, and another, and another. If you can show me where I straight up give it to someone and offer barely any a pointer, I'll reconsider what I'm saying. And as a footnote, I ask people whether they've read the character page as a prelude to discussing, because I don't agree with a lot of the builds that GamePress staff suggest. It's to get them moving and ideas flowing.

Acciedntly added an extra 7 to def, probably should go look at the "how to post stuff thread and such",I could be a keyboard warrior too,but I'll just over look stuff that hold no info.. anyways

The Ivs could be fixed once I get more units or one with a good Iv. I don't spend much $ on this game and lucks not the best so I dont really have wrath, DC and all those to slap into every unit according to 80% of the reccomend builds.

Hinata with his build is bulky melee tank minus his low speed and res. The goal is make his hp low enough that brazen activates and make him useful.
