Higher special cooldowns ( ideas)

This is just some ideas I had when I was building my unit earlier what if there were specials with 6 or even 7 cooldowns with even greater effect and now with a good amount of reduce cooldowns skills it would not be so hard to achieve when compared to before although I think lower cooldowns special will still be better in arena but would it be good in PvE activity such as TT and chain challenges? What’s you guys take on it? Do you guys think that it would be actually useful or just think it would be going overboard with this?

6/7 turn cooldowns would only be used on units that has a weapon that reduces the cooldown (like a Killer/Slaying weapon), and uses something like Steady/Warding Breath, and even then it's too risky.

I'd rather just use Glimmer/Iceberg/Bonfire/Aether/etc.
