High tier 3* team vs low tier 4* team

As 3* i got Nino,Robin(M), Corrin and Selena. (Are they worth keeping/rarity upgrading?)
In the other hand i got some random 4* heroes that are below tier 4.

Should i level both 3*s and 4*s or focus on 3*s?(How strong are the 4*s compared to the 3*s?)

I think 3* characters have too low of stats and abilities to be competitive in arena. Depending on what four star characters you have, I'd start by upgrading the threes. 2k feathers apiece isn't bad and you'll be better off with a team with all four stars than a team with one five and rest threes. Also the starting green and blue characters are pretty solid and worth considering for upgrades also.

Dude honestly, you should re-roll at that point. There's really no use in a high tier 3* team when you could have one 5* or more that could carry on their own, along with other units.
