High Orb Counts

Self control and awareness...
I'm somewhere over 300 orbs at the moment, easily 400 (maybe 500) with content I haven't yet bothered to clear.
I lost 100 on the Adrift banner trying to pull for Null Follow Up and ended up with a Linde. At least 10 of my last 15 pulls off of non legendary banners have been pity breaks.
My goal now is 1000 and to throw it all away trying to +10 someone from a single banner.

Anyone else care to share lofty goals or high orb counts that lie in wait for a specific purpose.
Similarly, success stories and crashes and burns would both be appreciated.

i actually had the same idea but i was very impatient so ive tried to summon on redux banner
and i was successful. i spent >350 orbs for him

i like to have at least 300, before rolling and leave with like 100 orbs.
Tried to score some of last years Halloween banner & spend all on 2 sakura cats (i was sniping for jakob) :/
today I'm on 280 waiting for legendary & Christmas

I was at 850 f2p orbs and used them on the new banner - My Surtr is +9 now and soon +10 :)

I would wait until you have atleast 1200 orbs if u want to summon for a +10 unit btw, it‘s easier than you‘d think

I'm at over 700 orbs, saving up for 9 more copies of Karla. If you're keen on going for a +10 too, let's press on together! Discipline! No summoning till we reach 1000!

Good plan! Funny though, I butchered my Karla (who was expensive) for speed wave. Still somehow don't have wrath.

I'm a little worried for us both though.
Popular top tier sword infantry seem to get 3 runs and then thrown into the wilderness:
Alm: 14,33,103.
Ayra: 63,71,117.
Fallen Celica: 99,113,138.
Karla: 129,151,165.
Karel and Leif have 4 a piece so maybe there's hope but I really don't think they are as popular.

Laevatein, Brave Celica and Owain will likely start filling the banners and we'll be waiting a long time yet for Ayra and Karla to reappear.

550ish. It hasn't been too hard, there hasn't been any banners I've wanted to pull on with the exception of wanting a copy of Saber.

Awhile back I threw away almost 400 orbs on a banner getting pity broken with bad units and I ended with a 4.75 rate when it ended.

that's an idea.
I save up my orbs to summon on Legendary. :)
