Berkut's lance and Slaying Lance are 2 possibility based on your playstyle :
Do you want to be tanky as hell or rekt the shit out of the ennemy?
I actually think Slaying lance is better because berkut is really for a DC build for rekt thoses annoying mages and take near 0 dmg.
But for a normal unit without DC, Berkut will only help vs dragons (so only 8 units, although all top tier or near but only 8 unit) for 7 more res, but with 47 res (with slaying lance), she is more than capped for taking close to nothing.
Nowi +10 with atk boon and fury have 55 atk, so 7dmg per hit, 14dmg for a round... I don't talk about fae/myrrh and F!Robin 'cause you don't want to tank them, and for other dragon.... ninian have no dmg without TA and Tiki (A! and Y!) have weapon disavantage and less atk than nowi.
But with Berkut's lance, Aether will be charged for the player phase, so possibly use on a unit full life for more regen, because the 2nd attack of effie with slaying lance (aether proc) will hit a target low life (only great physical walls will not be low life), so it's not a good option for general healing.
A quick summary :
Berkut = more (potential) regen with aether and more bulk vs dragon/ mage (taking no dmg vs nowi atk boon fury without buff)
Slaying spear = a bit less bulky vs dragons, less regen with aether but the insurance of killing the ennemy who have engaged you (bulky or not)
