I actually saw it when you first posted it and I didn't have anything special to say so I didn't want to take up people's attention for nothing. Not much different from doing it on Lilina except she has more res if you want to help the team with a ploy (or maybe use a res ploy herself). I suggested Lilina for this build and you didn't like Lilina so I guess you found the workaround. Now the main thing is that she won't merge.

Also, I gave it some thought and I've decided I'm probably doing this on Ophelia only. She barely needs any infantry pulse to get it rolling, and she doesn't even need heavy blade so I can give her hardy bearing.

A guy keeps bugging "oh thats discount lilina" or whatever. I don't really care, since she oneshots virtually anything else that isn't a +10 super Res dumped Effie (to which she wouldn't be a part of either way).

The other "drawback" is it might be harder to get those first charges...but she seems far better outside of that in ever other non-Arena mode. Completely trivialised Garon Infernal (literally her and three dancers).

I also feel particularly glad for this one, because she's my S-support and I barely ever used her other than Blade Tome Brash Assault > Desperation for some Trials and Chains, but it felt "forced".

Well if anything, Lilina is budget this isn't it? Most people wouldn't be able to +10 this without a lot of cash. And it does work pretty well without merges (atk is pretty much the only stat that's needed, which is why I would prefer not to merge such a unit).

I resonate quite a bit with what you said about the thing being forced. It's the same reason why I tend to prefer hitting people's res (or just have adaptive damage vs everybody with Felicia) rather than trying to blast my way through with a massive special, which feels a little iffy anyways because they might be stacking wards or using guard or even special fighter. There's something good about a build and a play style that seems and feels natural.

Natural is what it is. It just play to her advantages. The other alternative was finally getting ahold of Distant Def A-slot and fully take advantage of her +Res nature. She would be a monster with double Distant Def and the special flier effect.

I never really enjoyed using her before this. She's a lot like Julia. Really want to put them to good use, but I never found anything that clicked.
