Hey, got +SPD Reinhardt... gale force sp good on him?

His speed is still too low to quad without Brash Assault.
However, without Brash Assault and Desperation, you could make a Galeforce build for him.
When he's under 50% HP, he'll quad, but he'll be one hit off from Galeforce activating, and you can't use quickened pulse because you need the seal slot to be brash assault.
So I guess Galeforce isn't good on WT!Reinhardt, but I don't have him, so you can try it if you want.
