It's not Loki. I did have to take some artistic liberties with the second one though

Well, without looking at the comments. Oliver, I think that's Ophelia, Reinhardt (that necktie pose is too cool), and I think, Lyn? Like, the one from the Valentines pose? I know her Bridal has a similar pose but Im hedhing my bets on the valentine form.
