help w l!azura skills (and some others)

so i pulled a legendary azura (yay!) but she has -atk +res. :/ I'm a pretty defensive player so I'm thinking giving her the fortress resistance a slot and seal to turn her into a mage tank/baiter to make up for it.

i also pulled:
summer tiki (-atk, +def)
flora (-atk, +hp do you see the trend here)

any ideas on how to make these viable? I might gunch flora to my f!morgan for atk/res solo but i literally gave her atk/res bond last night so I'm bitter about it.
