Help in the Tempest Trials?
Is it normal to be grinding so much for so little results? I've worked with around 4-6 stamina potions (daily) over the last three days and I'm only up to 11,647. Is it really worth it to keep going until 50,000(+)? In the beginning I was super excited to have the opportunity to obtain Quickened Pulse after seeing Veronica use it against me, but now I don't know
The Lunatic map chains seem so easy for others.
*Picture is my usual teams. I start my runs with the top team and finish with one or both of the middle teams depending on the maps. Now I'm thinking of trying to run with bottom team set-up.*
Any advice or comments are appreciated!!

Hi!
It looks like you already have a lot of capable units compared to me, though I've gotten Quickened Pulse yesterday and have gotten consistent runs personally by running a dancer on my team. My team consists of Bridal Cordelia (who sweeps in early to mid maps since opponents usually don't have an insane amount of HP), Tharja (for hero bonus and hitting physically defensive units like Hector and Veronica), and Fae (provides mage baiting and pseudo healing by using Reciprocal Aid + Renewal 3). Having an Olivia on my team simplifies most maps by allowing my units to escape dangerous situations and defeat multiple units in a single turn. If you haven't trained + promoted your free Olivias already, make sure they at least learn both Hone Attack 3 (to also buff your units) and Dance.
Healers are also not recommended on most Tempest Trial teams despite the assumed need for recovery between battles. I also see you put a bonus unit on each team, but you only need to put one on your first team to get the benefits, so no need to use effing Alfonse lmao. Finally, I would recommend inheriting Draw Back and Reposition on some of your units to make it easier to escape dangerous situations if your dancer cannot provide such opportunities.
(Also please don't use THAT many stamina potions per day, though given how many days we have left I'd wait until the last three to binge if you haven't gotten the seal already)

-i run an cavalry team with rehabilitate (infantry or not) for 1-6 battles (diversify yours colors, have attention and thats posible)
-7th battle, i surrender with my current team
-put robin or other bonus character for next team selection, make surrender
-put anyone at third team selection, surrender.
-at fourth team, asure for the bests options, battle with all enemies with - 60% hp
-if you played well at spd (you make easy this task, cause cavalary have 3 movement) you can get 617 points every round, and that the maximun you would get, and with certain comodity.
Per potion you wold get 3085 points, per day, more than triple of that, if you only wait.
The most dificult cause to apply this strategy for hours:

Run something like Tharja/Ryoma, Hector/S Chrom, S Lucina, and Lissa for the first 6 levels. Then, run the left over units(you will mainly just need the mages) in the last level. Give Sanaki any level of green tombbreaker to make sure she can take out Veronica in a turn. If Lissa accidentally die early, just prepare any low level healer with Rehab in case you need a second team for the first 6 levels.
I personally recommend you bring healer as your units are not reliable enough to stay alive, and not enough units to keep making new team.
I am currently SP farming my Linde in the last difficulty with a level 27 dancer, a healer, and Ike as backup. I am still able to finish often with A speed. You may be able to do something similar with your Tharja.

With that many potions you used, I don't think it's normal.
In my experience, using a dedicated healer only slows me down. With a dancer instead, you can get your nuke out of enemy's range, either by letting it move somewhere safe or kill a second enemy
I also use a healer at first, but my average points per day doubled ever since I switch it with a dancer. With 1 stamina point each day, I can now get around 7000 points per day. This includes some perfect runs on lunatic 5 and 7, and I use 4* -spd/+hp Tharja with SI as the bonus unit.
I would advise you to use your bottom team, but switch Ryoma with a dancer, and give your mages breath of life. Or, use your third team but switch Hector with a dancer.
Aside from BoL, with Tharja present, hone/fortify is a must. Draw back is also very helpful, and in my experience, more helpful than swap/reposition.

You only need to use a bonus hero once on any team and bonuses don't stack so you don't need to use multiple bonus units if they don't really help you.
For first team try a Hector, S Lucina (w/ lancebreaker) Tharja, Dancer combo and for second team (mainly for final map) Ryoma, Julia, Sanaki, Dancer.
This should get you 600~700 per run.
