Help with Team? Especially Julia

I'm having the hardest time figuring out what to give Julia and gave her Desperation but unsure if it's useless on her.

Basically Team,
5 star Julia (+Atk, -HP), 5 star Maria (+atk, -res), 4 star Kagero (can't figure out her IVs), 3 star Olivia (neutral I think, mainly used for dance)

So far Julia has Fury 2, Vantage 1 (getting sp), Breath of Life 3, Draw Back, Dragon Fang. I gave her Desperation 2 but unsure if I should keep because it seems useless? I heard Quick Reposte would be good for her, but would it work with Fury 2? Should I replace Breath of Life? My Julia's a front liner and often doesn't stand next to units when attacking, that's just how I use her. What are your ideas?

Some people may say to replace Maria, who would be good to replace her with? Otherwise Maria's actually a pretty strong unit, given Assault and most of the time she doubles other units. Offensive healer? She can also take hits surprisingly.
Maria has Live to Serve 1 (sorry lol), Fortify Res 3, Physic, Swift-Winds Balm

Kagero has Warding Blow 2, Daggerbreaker 3, Rally Attack (since she often stands next to Julia and cannot reach units at times, buffs Julia instead), Reprisal
Kagero stats: HP: 29, Atk: 38, Spd: 27, Def: 20, Res: 25
Unsure to 5 star her and thinking about replacing Daggerbreaker.

Olivia's not that important but she has Hone Atk 2, really that's it. Hoping for Azura or Ninian to replace her, no luck.
