Help with support code 803-3021

After finishing the new paralogues and claiming the orbs i decided to summon some heroes, I ran out in the middle of a session and went ot buy more and got this code. I've looked it up elsewhere to no avail and it only happened 12ish hours ago. I play on iOS and have always payed for orbs. Any ideas on whats up. (I have tried working my app store setting out)
