Help with +Spd Winter Fae

I'd like to hear opinions to her build for f2p players. I want to keep her Vengeful Fighter, but gamepress only shows Bold Fighter builds. Why do people don't recommend Lightning Breath? Is it because of the cooldown?

Mine is +Spd -Hp, a terrible IV. Is there any crazy speed build I can try to get players off guard or should I just keep with Glittering Breath and full defense?

Ye. Furry or spd+def/res bond with spd refine. Aether would be best for sustain but iceberg is fine.

And atk/def bond for seal

Got the same IV.
It's not as bad as it seems, she already has great defences, and the speed boon makes it so that she can avoid doubles of mid tier speed units.

And the hp hardly matters for her.
