Help with Peri

So I recently pulled a 5 star +Atk -Spd Peri, and I have been thinking of builds to run. I know she's not the best, but I do like her and I'm willing to put some investment into her. Anyways I was thinking of

Weapon - Brave Lance+
Assist - Reposition
Special - Astra
A - Death Blow
B - Chill Def
C - Hone Cavalry
Sacred Seal - Heavy Blade

The idea is she runs in, doubles with brave lance, and then has Astra ready for her next turn. So what do you think? Also, should I switch Astra for Glimmer or Moonbow to proc on the second hit?

Don’t invest into a 3* unit without optimal IVs, especially those that are that shit. And definitely do NOT fodder chill def.

i agree. maybe wait (if you wanna do a merge project) for an optimal iv and then merge to +10.

I'd probably opt for vantage over Chill Def for a more budget build for now. That way if low on HP and Astra is ready may help her live a few encounters.
