Help with my second Bow Hinoka.

While trying to get a third copy of Eir, I was pity broken by Hinoka. I wished it was a Loki for a healer infantry but oh well.

The one I have been using so far is a -hp/+res, and the new one is -atk/+spd. Should I merge? And if so, which? I use her with my flying team consisting of Nino, Cherche, and Cordelia.

Spd isn't as important as atk for her, which is why +res -hp is the better one, i would merge her as Atk/spd bond isn't that valuable as a skill, to use that you would have to waste the turn for another ally

Both have their merits, but in a flier team I think she finds enough spd anyways so I wouldn't accept -atk to increase her spd.

I personally like atk/spd bond so I wouldn't merge. She also has flier formation and flier guidance, both of which are quite useful.
