Help with my B!Ike

The good news is that -DEF isn't that bad, 32 base defense is still respectable especially with the Steady Breath boost.

The bad news is that +SPD doesn't really help him much...unlike most other units he actually likes getting doubled as he reduces the damage from the second hit by 80% while charging up his Special.

His base kit is so strong that you could just stick with it... He won't be quite as optimal as standard B!Ike but he'll still be a powerhouse.

Alternatively... You could give up on Steady Breath (pains me even to suggest it) and give him Fury 3 to try to take advantage of that Speed increase. He'd lose the quick Special charge but the boost to all stats would help him take on a more aggressive role. In this scenario I'd trade out his Special for something that charges faster but otherwise keep his kit mostly the same.

Along those lines... He can also pull off a surprise Shield Pulse build. That might be an interesting option if you do go with Fury instead of Steady Breath.
