Help me improve this team

So I was trying to figure out a good team for my Chrom that optimizes his potential while not sacrificing their own usefulness. I think I got one, and ironically, it’s a full Awakening team.
Please note this is for Arena Assault, so it doesn’t need to take every possibility into account since I can scout the enemy team.

She bumps her dad up to 44 Spd and 71 atk before buffs just by standing beside him, and her own stats are nothing to sneeze at, holding 40 Spd unbuffed.

How to improve this team, without using any Uber level skills?

Not particularly, but this team is not my starter team. My starter team consists of my max merge Fae, max merge Sigurd, +6 Reinhardt, and at the moment, Zelgius built for score. The score is only based on the opening team.

If I had to put a finger on anything that this team lacks, it's that your main offensive force, Chrom, is too dependent on his team members.
You should probably try to focus on his enemy phase if you want to use his prf weapon. There's a Close Defense seal, so try giving him that alongside QR. That might get you better results.

Your Lucina with Fury can just barely avoid a double from (base set, unbuffed) Ayra, so I'd use that instead of Sturdy Blow. Since your Lucy is spd+ anyway, may as well run Desperation. If you want more survivability, then go for Renewal. Lancebreaker is also an option.

As for Robin...
I don't know how else to say this, other than "he doesn't do enough damage, so replace him." Do you have any other options for offensive mages? I assume that you keep him on the team because you like him or because he counters BLyn easily, but...

I, personally, would simply give Gronnraven, QR/Bowbreaker, and Deflect Magic to Las- Inigo, and then run with that. Like this, he'd be able to counter most forms of the "Two Terrors of the Arena" as I like to call them.

Close Defense seal is taken. I could replace Robin with Tailtiu. Deflect Magic is taken by normal Hector for a different team for the same Reinhardt purpose.As I said before, because this team is not my opener, I can scout out my opponents and only dispatch this team against teams that are well-suited.
They don't need to be a perfect team.

Also, I'm confused how Chrom is overly dependent on his teammates. He only needs his daughter.

All right. I'm sorry for not paying attention.
However, I still think that your Chrom would be more suited to enemy phase with his prf weapon. You don't have to waste time positioning Lucy, his speed will often let him deny doubles, and you can still do most of the things you could on player phase without Desperation.
Using Desperation might be annoying, considering the healing effect, too...

Chrom C Slot definitely Panic Ploy to disable Flier/Horse Emblem teams and dangerous blade mages like Nino. Infantry Pulse is also good because all your team is infantry. Chrom is best for his HP otherwise Lucina is better with Fury+Desp.

Keep WoM on your dancer. If your 2 blues+1 green can't handle a lance unit, that is just sad.

Robin C slot probably drive/spur def or res? Everyone else boosts atk/spd.

Don't have Panic Ploy fodder ready. Only ever pulled 1 Luke, and foddered him to my max merge Fae.
I certainly do have Fury fodder for Lancina(just need to 4 star that Hinata. I only ever seem to get him at 3 stars)

I can definitely get one of the spurs. That's easily enough done.
