Help me, I'm desperate

I'm probably exaggerating but here's the problem: my previous phone is gone and now I have a new one. So I linked my Nintendo account to FEH but nothing happened... Please, don't tell me I lost all of my progresses, all of my 105 5* Heroes I had, EVERYTHING?

Was this account linked to your old FEH account?
Also, fair warning. If you switched operating systems, you will lose all of your orbs. I don't know why it happens, but hopefully you spent all of your orbs before you switched.
All your heroes should automatically popup if you did link correctly I think.

Yeah, I can't think of a way you can lose your units unless you specifically "Delete Data" from your account, so they should all be there. Did you link the correct account? But yeah, you do lose your orbs if going to a different platform.

Did you lose your previous phone?
Have you tried re-launching the game after linking your Nintendo account?
You might want to contact FEH's customer support asap and see if they can help.
I'd hate for that to happen to anyone. I really hope you get you account back up.

My phone fell in water ( I'm incredibly dumb and clumsy) and it doesn't work anymore at all.
In which sense re-launching the game?
The FEHs customer support you're referring to, is the one in the game?

I agree, try to contact the FEH customer support/Nintendo support. I would google the number to call. I did it once for a different reason and they were very helpful, so if anyone will know then they will.
