Help me decide what green unit promote to be 5* +10

Those are the units I like, all the buils are the most optimal optimal for everyone and I used "https://andu2.github.io/FEH-Mass-Simulator/" to test it.

The other allies in the team will be a 5*+10 Nowi with Steady breath + QR + Aether and I have to think what red unit to use: Ares with DC + Vantage or Soleil with Heavy Blade + Aether + Vantage or Wrath. All of those 5* +10

Any advice is wellcomed, thank for your time :)

PvE mostly and maybe Arena since I don't have a good armor team

Assuming this isn't based on scoring I think Frederick is out because he is kind of redundant with the Ares and Nowi you got for tanking. Fae is underwhelming to me but a good choice if you wanted to do Tiki later. My best suggestion is that you use Cherche or Camilla (for this team specifically) so you can have access to Tactic buffs. Cherche is a great offensive character that can tank some physical threats while Camilla is more support/buff and tank based. Depending on which one you need is the one I would go with. If you don't want to run tactics and aren't planning on dragon emblem down the line I'd choose Soren because of how good of a support he is.
