Help me decide! (Scouting)

I've been saving up my orbs for a while now since I've slowly been running out of stages to play and I'm not sure if I should scout in the winter's envoy or wait for the next legendary banner to scout for strong characters
I'd really appreciate any advice!

Wait. One more week to next legendary banner, 11 days we get another special (new year?) banner and in 20 days there will be new units (beast maybe?).
Winter banner will be here for nearly a month so if you dont like any unit from upcoming 3 new banners you will be able to spend all on christmast banner.
I dont realy like using armor units so Im skiping this one.

But it dont realy matter. IS will pittybreak us all with some weak unit with -atk IV any way :P

Its already been confirmed that we're getting beasts on the 11th, I dunno why the fuck you added a question mark.

There's a group of units with a whole new weapon type coming in january, beast units.

We don't know that much, but at least one thing is that the flying one (Tibarn) can move 3 spaces on his own when he transforms (transforming is the gimmick with beasts)
