help me choose a mixed tank

i have
gwendolyn +atk -spd def 38 res 28 atk 33
silas +def -spd def 39 res 24 atk 35
sheena +def -atk def 39 res 33 atk 26 (30 with new update)

i dont have distant counter
i have vero/lyn/rein for horse team
surtr/bk/w!eirika for armor team
and a few work in progres fliers

right now surtr is tanking everything but for chain challenge i need more tanks
my goal is to clear hardest pve content and some defense game in AR etc

For the armor team at least it's easy, Gwen.
Try to find a +res one when you can, but a +atk will do fine.

Silas could be a mixed tank with Berkut's lance, but he needs the res boon even more. With that IV you might be better off focussing on def.

I prefer a +RES sheena with Guard Axe over Gwen.

This right here, +Res Guard Axe Sheena i'd say is far better

Yeah, but he already has Surtr.

In isolation Sheena is better, but in this situation Gwen is.

agreed blue is better with surtr, but can gwen perform well as single tank in a mixed team?

Yeah, with Berkut's lance.

Gwen is overal slightly worse than Sheena because of the lower res, but she's not that far behind.
So I'd say for the purpose of having differend types of units it's better to pick gwen
