Help Me Build A +Hp -Spd Nowi

Well...This Ivs Sucks, And I Can't Run Another Nowi, Because I Own Only This One.
I Gave Her:

Lighting Breath+(Atk)
Rally Def
Glimmer
Earth Boost 3
Renewal 3
Threathen Res 3
Quick Riposte 3(S).

I Need More Help With The A, Because I Think I Do Have Better Skills Than Earth Boost

You'll roll another nowi, dont bother trying to build this one as anything other than merge fodder.

Considering the fact the she has a +hp IV Earth boost is a great budget option, I would change out Glimmer as it isn't a consistent Special, you should get better results with either Moonbow or Bonfire, Moonbow procs more consistently while Bonfire deals more dmg. Renewal is a great choice to remain in both Qr and Earth boost range, change her refinement for either def or red and give her Reposition.
If you have the resources this is the build I recommend, her IV is +def -hp, even Falchions hit her with a single digit dmg

I wrote a lengthy response and mistakenly got it deleted, but this guy sums it up, I agree with him :)

I'll also add that a boon in Def, Atk, spd and banes in either SPD or hp are all acceptable if you can't get a +Def -hp Nowi.

Other good budget skills can be Triangle adept, Swordbreaker, Fury (renewal will heal up the chip damage!)
