Help with maximizing H!Nowi's offensive powers?

I am keeping her default tome and giving her attack +3 sacred seal due to her -atk +def IVs. I have determined that LnD3 + Swordbreaker (too slow for Desperation) would give her the best offensive ability, but is there anything more I could do?

You didn't mention whether you'd be running flier emblem, but I'll assume you are. Under that assumption I'd suggest giving her an owl tome if you have a spare Katarina, since she will be next to her allies for atk/res bond anyway, and then swordbreaker like you said. With an S-support with whoever's adjacent she will be a lethal force.

If you don't have a spare owl tome then no matter, iceberg with atk/res bond and swordbreaker will still work wonders.

The reason I don't recomment LnD is because to use her default tome Nowi needs to stay above 50% HP, which she can't do while running LnD, since it makes her res insufficient to even tank magical hits.
