Help with Fae

So recently I just summoned for a 4* Fae
I have almost enough feathers to promote her and I really want to use her and I really needed a Fae from the start, especially for my Dragon team
But the problem is that she's -atk +res

That is a little tough, but still workable. Get her Lightning Breath refined for Res, and outfit her with Fury, Renewal, Threaten Res and Def Ploy. The advantage is that against all but the highest Res targets, she'll shred both their def and Res if they get too close to her. Most mages will have higher Res that Def, so the Ploy is for them. Melees you want to bait them to within 2 spaces of her, where the Threaten will activate.

Renewal can be swapped out for QR, or you can change Def Ploy for QR Seal. Give her either Iceberg or Moonbow. You'll be largely relying on your specials and debuffs to cause damage.

I don't have any Lightning Breath+ fodder atm so that's gonna be a problem, other than that I can run everything else on her
Though I'll have to wait for more fury and Iceberg fodder, but then again I have 2 Odins for moonbow laying around

Hmmm. That makes things more difficult. She really needs Lightning Breath to stand out. For the time being, run her Light Breath, but I would say save your refining stones for when you have Lightning Breath on her. Moonbow can be useful until you have Lightning Breath and refine it. After that, not so much. She'll command 37 res at 5 stars no merges with a Res refinement, and 40 after you add Fury, so that's a 20 damage Iceberg. It will easily outweigh Moonbow, as the target would need to have somewhere around 65 def or Res for Moonbow to add 20 damage.

What is the usage?

Arena/AA scoring team? AA bench? Or just general storyline?

If you foresee your Fae to be on your core team for a long time to come, then upgrade her now and merge her to a better Fae later. +Res/-Atk is not workable. It is bad for when you have resources to build her fully (ie. when you have multiple other copies) and it is bad for you now when you don't have resources to take advantage of her now higher res. For now, give her Iceberg and QR3. Give Fury 2 if you have Bartre. (Save Hinata's Fury 3 for someone else who needs Fury permanently.)

Note: QR3; not QR2. Don't waste your Subaki just for 20k feather. QR is needed everywhere. You won't have enough Subaki around for another long while to give QR2 temporarily and then QR3. (If you do, you wouldn't be asking this question.)

If you plan to use her on the AA bench, don't. Use someone else.

For general storyline, just use her at 4 star.
