First: I have Nephenee and Mia collecting dust in my barracks (both +hp -res), I think I'm gonna start using Neph now with her new weapon but Mia... I feel like sometimes is hard to get her into the right hp threshold without leaving her exposed so I was gonna sac her to give flashing blade to Felicia (I was just waiting for the right IV) but now we are gonna get that as SS so I can use maybe brazen atk spd soooo... what to do with Mia? Any build doens't worry about it? Any other unit would use this A skill? Still sac to Felicia? (also you can suggest another A slot for Felicia)
Second: I got two S Linde, -atk +spd and -hp +def, I don't really know when I will use her but I would like to at some point. I'm not a fan of cavalry emblem so which one would you keep without taking into account emblem buffs?

I mean this is what I did with my +hp/-def Mia, granted she's one of my favorites so I'm biased and wanted to use her regardless of ivs. You could also use Fury over Swift Sparrow for a cheaper skill too and be fine. With neutral Atk and Spd I feel Mia is still really good, especially with her essentially 19 mt Wo Dao. Don't know if it was helpful given I clearly have a bias towards Mia but if it did great.
