Help deciding A and B-skills for Soren

Hi all!
I've been struggling to decide what A-slot to give my Soren for a while now and I'm hoping someone can share their thoughts with me.
At the moment, I have a 5* 40+2 +ATK/-DEF Soren, soon to become a 40+3 +ATK/-HP as I'm using the effect refined Wind's Brand. (Getting rid of his superbane, still waiting for a +SPD to appear)
I have one spare ATK/SPD Bond 3 fodder as well as one spare Swift Sparrow fodder, I'm F2P and usually don't fodder off exclusive 5* stars but I really want to make him more powerful. Planning to make him +10 in the end and he's part of my core team with Chrom, Brave Lucina and NY Corrin.
Currently I'm running Darting Blow 3 and Desperation but I'm also considering the spare Chill SPD 3 I have for his B-slot.
I'd appreciate your thoughts on the matter, what should I choose?

I was gonna be sarcastic saying you should go for Chill attack...but wait I think you deserve a serious answer.

I think from your options you should go with the bond skill, though if you don't want to use those rare units as fodder, you could also consider giving him one of the stance skills like from a Morgan or the new Ryoma, it's nearly as powerful but doesn't hurt you as much when you fodder them away.
As for the B skill, I guess Chill spd is a damn good choice cause of the synergy with Wind Brand, I'd say its the optimal choice for his B skill, but I do believe he works perfectly fine with Desperation already. I'm using a +Spd 4*+10 one with basic Fury/Desperation build and he became one of my Main units when it comes to GHB battles and the like. If he is your favourite, then go for it, but if you just want him to be powerful, then I think he is already strong enough as is.

Thanks for your reply! I sadly don't have any Stance skills fodder and probably won't summon that much on the upcoming legendary banner.
I have been very pleased with using Desperation so far, but I feel like Chill spd can maybe support the team more. My one other option for getting Chill spd is a Lnd Firesweep +ATK/-RES Soleil but the synergy with Wind Brand seems too good to pass up on. I like using Soren more, as I don't have that many go-to green mages.

Chill Speed shouldn't need any explanation. Opponent's got Life and Death? Sure it'll lose its two precious stats. Bond skills pair well with Wind's Brand. Atk/Spd is the best, then Atk/Res or Spd/Res on him. Here's a picture of my own Soren for a guide.

Thanks for the reply, nice build!
I have a -ATK Spring Catria, but she's still seeing some use in a Horse emblem for me, otherwise I might have considered Chill Res too. Chill Spd does sound like the most optimal for him though.
I'll probably go with giving him Res Ploy or a Dual spur for C-slot. Distant Def 3 is also my go-to seal for him.
May I ask who he's ally supported with? Mine is currently partnered with NY Corrin with Hama Ya, Rally Def/Res, Spur Def/Res and Drive Def for seal.
