Help building Winter Fae

Snagged her with my most wanted IVs: -hp +attack. I wanted to give her a good scoring A skill for arena, but only have one DC on hand and its on my (-hp +attack as well) Ayra. I don’t really use her at all (except maybe once or twice in AA), is it worth giving DC to Fae?

I wouldn't fodder off a fully built, perfect IV, top tier 5star exclusive.

I mean -res would be ideal and a top tier unit that isn’t being used can’t be fully utilized though.

Glittering breath is mediocre. Give her Lightning breath. Saves you the (expensive) A-slot.

If you're building her +10 it could be worth a DC, but otherwise i'd save it for merge projects. Or you use it now and waste the winter fae when you need dc for a merge project.
