Help building Surtr

I got him -speed +attack and wanna make him a monster. I wanted to give him bold fighter, but someone told me that he works better with wary. Can you guys help me build him? Thanks! My Current build is below.

Give him Aehter, Pivot or Swap and a defensive seal of your liking ( Distant Def or Atk/Def Bond?) and you're good.

There is quite a few builds that work on him but he is already a monster as is. But with how he works VF may be better.
