Help building LA Eliwood?

I made this build with arena in mind. It’s a tank build so he takes a lot of punishment because of the extra res from the lance and 8 def from Stance. Any changes I should make to it? Options on it? Thanks in advance.

If you don't want him to accidentally kill-steal so that you can maximize bonus scoring, I suggest taking off Steady Stance 4 for Fortress Def/Res 3 and Aether for Galeforce. He can even run any of the other stat Ploys off of his 43 Res (after Fort. Def/Res is applied) since he's going to be hitting most units except for maybe Sheena.
