Help building Hinoka?

I got her randomly -hp +Attack. Are those good IVs? Is she worth keeping since I have a well built Tana? If so how should I build her? Thanks in advance.

Similar to Cordelia.

I'd go something along the lines of Hinoka's Spear, Swift Sparrow, and Desperation 3.

What you could do is build Tana defensively for mixed teams (with refined Vidofnir) And use Hinoka as a flier team unit

^ Seconded, she's a great support for flier teams with hone fliers and her lance's effect, if you have the dew for it. Something simple like Fury/Desperation and Drive atk (or any drive) as her seal.

Or you can just keep her brave lance and go all in on her attack since you did pull +atk. There's arguably better units for it, but on a budget (Deathblow3 + lancebreaker for example) she can pull it off.

I have a +Spd -HP Hinoka. I run this on a flier team. Pair her up with a with Goad Fliers and those she be her in Combat Stats. It could go higher with Camilla's Axe Refine + Goad Fliers Camilla.
