Help with battle simulation and deciding over Elincia

Hey guys where can I enter one hero Setup against all other heroes? Saw some data here from time to time like 89wins 2 Matches 7 losses.
Got a builder app which does this but only against the heroes I implemented. And Kagerochart only works against Special set ups or I am too dumb to use it correctly.

Can someone advice me where to find this other Simulator?

also can someone please run 2 different Elincias for me against all heroes?

A) +SPD -Atk lv 40+1 + summoner support
Amiti / Luna / LD3 / Desperation / atk+3 seal (Support and c irrelevant for this build)
B) +Res-SPD lv 40+1 + summoner support
Amiti / Iceberg / Fury / Sword breaker 3 / Def Ploy / Atk+3 seal
*B1) Desperation for B / SPD Ploy for C and SPD+3 seal as alternative
