Help with bad ivs Legendary Ryoma

LnD puts him at 41 Spd. If you've got Spd Tactics or Hone Fliers, he reaches 47 Spd. Goad Fliers can push him into 45 Spd if you don't have Spd Tactics or Hone Fliers.

For his weapon, Firesweep Sword is his best weapon if you're going with LnD. You can try to make use of his prf and his Res boon with Kestrel Stance and Fortify/Ward Fliers but even with the boon he only reaches 23 Res which is still too low imo.
