Help with an -Att/+Res Shigure?

Before anyone says anything - I REALLY want to make him viable. Of course, I'm gonna keep summoning to try my luck on better IVs, but I love my son so much... I can't help but try to make my FIRST normal Shigure viable, even with bad IVs.

I was thinking that it may be wise for me to follow a similar build as my +Spd/-Att PA!Shigure (who I'm ALSO gonna try my luck to get better IVs while keeping the original) and slap the following build on him, skill-wise:
Weapon: Harmonic Lance+ (Att)
Support: Reposition/Drag Back
Special: Luna or Dragon Fang
A: Life and Death 3
B: Either Vantage 3 or Desperation 3
C: Threaten Speed/Defence 3 (whichever works)
S: +Att 3 OR Threaten Speed 3

Can anyone tell me if this seems okay? Even if so - does anyone have other ideas they'd like to share?

I think Firesweep Lance+ might be Shigure's best weapon (at least in my opinion). He has more than enough speed to make use of it and double enemies. Your Shigure with Firesweep L+ and Life and Death would hit 50 attack and 45 speed with a Speed +3 seal. Give him Hone Fliers' buff for +6/+6 and he'll be at 56 attack and 51 speed, which is really good.

For the set that you provided, I don't know if a +Atk refinement is worth it compared to giving him more speed, but it might since it increases the attack by 3(?).

Yeah, I can totally see how that can help him. Especially since I got already NY!Azura, Spring!Camilla(s, with two different, viable builds), and other fliers that can do great for him in a Flier Emblem team set-up, I can completely see Shigure nabbing a Firesweep set-up for viability.

And fair point, since either a speed boost OR and attack boost can do very well for him, since both have benefits on each side of the coin. In the end, I'm probably going to invest in BOTH lances and swap depending on whichever would be desired in a given situation, but I totally see your point. (I just suggested Att mainly for more fire power, but seeing his speed, I can understand why you'd recommend speed... xD)
