Help with a 4th hero
I'm currently making a team based around L!Grimma's Earth Blessing, and my current core goes as follows:
-L!Grimma (+Atk/-Res)
(Guidance Seal)
-Alm (+Atk/-Spd)
(Refined Falchion/Windsweep/Heavy Blade Combo)
-Lute (+Res/-Def)
(Magical Wall/Ploy Girl Extraordinaire)
What would make for a good 4th hero that could help either cover any matchups that the aformentioned heroes wouldn't be able to handle or support them while making use of the Earth blessing?

The easiest choice is probably a dancer, trust me on this one when I say adding a dancer will make your life a whole lot easier. Which dancer, probably NY azura from the legendary hero banner, or if you're going for a budget set, use Olivia, who's on the free hero rotation. If dancers aren't your thing, you can always run groom Marth, who's free as a 5 star, and has a hone atk 3 on his weapon for buffing up allies.

I really like the dancer idea; the other idea I initially had is spd-oriented Fae. If you take +spd IV and refine her weapon for speed, the blessing pushes her up to 37 which is enough to deny a good number of doubles, possibly even get aggressive herself if there's some drive spd floating around the team. F.Grima like receiving drive spd too, though I guess everybody does. It's an idea to spam it on everyone except Lute, then everybody gets +6 spd.
But if blue mages are the biggest issue, how about Nino? Enjoys extra spd, baits blue mages or initiates on them herself, wrecks pretty much anything blue if you charge the blade tome.
Or you can combine that with the dancer idea and do TA P.Inigo. Don't know his statline well but I would expect him to love the extra speed.
