Okay so today I summoned another L!Ryoma... with perfect IVs this time! He’s Spd+Hp-! But I don’t know what to do about my other one! Should I merge him or sell him for fodder, and for what?
(Btw if I merge his Spd and Hp increase)

His fodder is about as terrible as it gets I'd merge him. Unless you are really in the mood to kill him for guidance.
