In my opinion +spd, +def, and +res all outclass +atk but -hp is great. +spd helps her avoid doubles if she is built to do so, +def boosts her best stat, and +res gives her 30 res and allows a powerful mixed tank build. +atk just boosts damage by 3, I've found +atk actually isn't that great on most units that don't naturally have high spd and even then spd is often better. A few exceptions would be like Bartre who kinda needs it. Anyway, its worth building but if you could get any of the other not hp boons she becomes a much better unit.
