Hector IV question!

So, I have two Hectors sitting around because I couldn't figure out who to give DC to. Since I found a suitable candidate, I'm going to keep one and inherit the other. Both are pretty great IV's, but which one is generally preferred?

EDIT: Sorry, I reworded my question and left the IV's out, which was the most important part, lol. One is +Def -Spd, and the other is +Res -Spd.
