Hector even worth it anymore?

So in over a year of play, I wasn't able to pull a Hector.

I'm F2P, don't pull for seasonals hence PA and have a "no foddering 5*s policy".

I have about 220 Orbs in the bank, so this is my chance to finally get one.

BUT: Since Amelia is running my Armor emblem team, I have a nicely build Sheena and a perfect IV Dorcas as green DC, what is Hector even worth to me anymore. Sure, he would have helped with the only Armor Zephiel map (die blue mage was a pain in the arse for me) but I did it even without him.

So should I go for him, or rather not kill all my orbs?
