Hector, Ephriam, and (SM) Eirika

Two questions:
1) Just pulled Atk+/Spd- (SM) Eirika. Is she usable, or is she swift sparrow fodder? (I don't really need SS at the moment)
2) Hector and Ephraim's suggested builds have yet to even acknowledge that their weapons can be refined into berserk armads and flame sigmund, so I have been wondering if I should just build them like their doppelgangers with those weapons, or keep them the way they are.

1) She's usable, at least in my opinion. With Hone Cavalry, she's at 37 speed, which can be increase even more with something like Life and Death. She's not optimal, of course, but she's not unusable.

2) For Hector, you can build him like you'd build LA!Hector, or you could keep him so you can use the Armads + Quick Riposte + Wary Fighter thing that only he (regular Hector) can do.

For Ephraim, it's kinda hard to say. Flame Siegmund kinda turns Ephraim into a solo unit, in a way, so if you're not for that then you probably shouldn't do it. If you want to do that, then go ahead. Of course the build may differ from Legendary Ephraim's build since one's a cavalier and another's an infantry.
