So I know that Hector works really well with Vantage as his B Skill because it synergizes really well with the Quick Riposte 2 built into Armads. But I was thinking about putting Bold Fighter on him to increase his ability to fire off Bonfire every fight. Thoughts?
This is better for Defensive Teams, as the enemy won't be able to bait him safely like the used to. However, there are better builds for Hector when he isn't being run by AI. Vantage, Aether, Quickened Pulse will see you killing whoever you bait, as well as leave Aether up for the next attack.
So, if Defensive wins are hard for you, then yes. Otherwise, hold onto that fodder and try my build.
Bold fighter is better since enemy (If you are using for defense arena team) now can not bait Hector to hit them to stop his legendary weapon. With bold fighter they are stuck with sacrificing one or one hit kill Hector. I think this will become common Hector build instead of Vantage once bold fighter become available to non seasonal hero. And red mage become common as counter meta like they do with B.Lyn and Rein right now
