Heavy blade

the thing is that a Brave Weapon+ only has 8 Mt while a Silver weapon+ and a Legendary Weapon has 15 and 16 Mt respectively. I think the only unit worth using this is Effie but she's an armored unit so it's a bit difficult moving around to actually initiate combat to get that double cooldown
