healers are monsters (discussion)

Hello everyone!

So we are all hyped about the weapon refinery and the new book, BUT DON'T BE FOOLED. for all you arena fighters out there, there might be coming something frightening. AN ELISE IN HORSE EMBLEM...

Now i get what you might be thinking : "what the hell is this little loli jailbait gonna do? haha." And that is where the downfall happens. She is a +10 +spd -def Candlight+ (with wrathfull staff upgrade) wielding monster

slap on swift sparrow 2, dazzling staff 3 and threaten res to further insult all those f2p peasants (dislaimer i'm one too, this Elise is hypothetical and most likely only obtainable by mega whales or an (un)lucky f2p)

her total stats would end up being :
HP : 34
ATK : 46
SPD : 39
DEF : 20
RES : 36
(also add in +10 for ATK and SPD for horse buffs and sparrow)

This makes her win only 2 battles, but she loses 0. almost all the other results push down the opponents health to around <25%. Which is easy clean up for the rest, and since units within 2 spaces of the target can also not counter attack make it even easier to deal with those too. If the threaten res is in effect she wins 35 encounters.

So long story short : although this elise was an extreme example healers will now be able to be even more annoying/dangerous to find in arena. This post also didn't include healing assists or any other staffs since it was something that popped into my head. i'm sure this isn't the most optimal build or maybe even the best character for this. So i would like to hear your thoughts and/or ideas about the new healers

Thanks for reading!

Exactly why we now need a Staff breaker skill. There is already the Pain+ and double Savage blow 3 dealing 24 damage to all enemies within 2 spaces AFTER combat. Then there is the Wrathful Absorb+ with a Priscilla or Elise with +Atk IVs and solid Horse buffs. Then what about some of these combinations with healers and give them Close counter. Or even what about Dazzling Gravity+ combined with Hit and Run and wrathful staff. The possibilities excite and hurt by mind.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't swift sparrow non-inheritable by healers?

Anyway, healers will definitely be more viable overall, but not yet in arena due to their low bst. It could be kind of repaired by having armored or dragon allies with one healer for higher score, which would make sense, because those units usually can take part in more encounters with healing added.

In fact, she already was a threat, she just wasn't in the spotlight. Healers have been buffed heavily in terms of utility but not so much in term of individuality.

Their BST remains very low and often suffer poor stat spread and min-max like ninjas and archers (except for the most recent ones).

Now the new staves provide a little bit more damage, from 2 to 4 and a huge area of effect for their debuffs, that's good but not that fearsome mate ^^

Im going for the wrathful + dazzling gravity + build and using drawback/reposition for endless kiting potential.
