I'd say it more depends on what you want their secondary role to be. Maribelle and Lucius can be made into good powerhouses on their own, the other cavaliers would probably be best suited to be debuffers or a more traditional healer-y role. Azama and Lissa can be great tanks if you want to go that route. Lissa has great mixed bulk and Azama is a pretty great physical tank.

Unless specifically looking for a tank or for a good DPS healer, pretty much all healers fill the role nicely since the role isn't particularly dependent on stats. If they won't see much action then pretty much whomever's art or character you like best.

Ones that I have used personally and like, well, I built a Pain+++, Fort Def Azama that is used in my training team. He can wall off the enemies on the reinforcement maps really well and chip damage them enough to let my trainee get the kills. A friend of mine has a Lachesis who has a monstrous attack stat, great in GC/RD. Another friend has a Lissa with a really synergistic set-up with Fear+, Windfire Balm+ and Infantry Rush. I use Genny, myself, but shes not on your list of healers.

Are ivs very important at the time of chosing one? The ones i like the most don't have optimal stats, sorry for asking but I'm new to the game and It's a bit confusing for me

So, pretty much the rule is that a good IV set makes the unit even better, but a bad IV set doesn't make the unit unusable. A suboptimal IV set can be a lot of fun to build up, even. There are certain types of units, however, who are less affected by IVs, namely healers and dancers.

For example; a healer with Pain+ and Savage Blow as both the C slot and the SS slot really doesn't need much in the way of IV's. Their main source of damage comes from the AoE splash damage, so their attack stat isn't particularly relevant, and with a Dazzling refine they won't really be taking much damage, so their other stats don't come into play much either.

If you do wanna go with whichever healer has the best IV's you can post them if you want and I can make a bit better suggestions using that.

Lachesis (-Hp +Res)
Maria (-Atk +Def) and (-Atk +Res)
Azama (+Hp -Spd) (-Hp +Atk) and (-Spd +Res)
Maribelle (I can't tell because I have her lvl 20)

Hmmm. Let's see...

For Maria you could make use of her good Res stat and run a double Ploy debuffer build. Most of the Ploys are available through the GHB's, so it would be the most inexpensive of the bunch. I'd give her Res +3, WoM and give her the dazzling refine for her staff. Panic, her staff, is the most situational, but it can really help you against emblem teams.

Azama you could do what I did and give him Fortress Def, Guard and double Savage Blow, and he'd be a decent tank and a great chip damager. Of the IV's you have I'd go with either +HP or +Res, there is not much you can do to save his attack stat.

Lachesis can also run the Ploy build, or if you have the fodder you can run Wrazzle-Dazzle with her quite easily. I think her or Maribelle would be the best with a Gravity and wrazzle-dazzle setup for gimping the movement of enemy teams. She can get pretty high with her attack stat, too.

Maribelle is probably the best offensive cavalry, and the easiest to build up since she comes with Dazzling staff right out of the gate. Pretty much just slap on your choice of staff and you have a firesweep mage. Her defenses are lower than the others, though, so you can't really put her in a dangerous situation much. Those are my thoughts.

Again, any of them can run a Pain+++ build just fine, or really anything else. I think Lachesis might have the best IV's of the one's you have available.

Are you promoting to 5*?

If you're relatively new, I would say Maria, Serra, and Nanna are some of the better options. Maria and Nanna are fast; Serra is slightly more bulky and has recover+ by default.
