Hey there, just a simple poll to see if this result can be realistic.
Is there anyone who voted for them? Celica and Veronica. Never heard their names mentioned here before. Flora, on the other hand, is not even amongst the top ten (and I permanently read about her here).
I heard people want to vote for Hector. So yeah, he is realistic. Now Ephraim is another thing. Or maybe I'm just pissed that only one of the heroes I voted are seen in the Top 10.
So? Can we trust IS? Or wanted they just to introduce a second Ephraim (as they just introduced Eirika II),
Veronica, as she slowly leads to it in the story but her tome is totally shitty, so she needs another equipment to pull players summon for her,
Celica, as she is the newest princess in the line of Lyn and Lucina, so they thought she'd be realistic and maybe another
Hector because there needed to be one realistic vote?

As mentioned, I am pissed, it can be paranoia, but I do not trust any statistic I did not falsify by myself.

Because I'm a flier fan, I personally voted for all kinds of fliers from titles not in Fates or Awakening because we have a lot of them in-game. I just didn't realize that Veronica can speed blitz her way into 2nd place. I think when the current standings was released and saw that Veronica made it top 10, a lot of people suddenly wanted to give her the boost because they probably have the mentality that we can potentially get a unit that has been in-game but non-playable for a long time and here's their chance to do so. The player-base is not entirely composed of long time FE fans of the franchise. For some, this may even be their first exposure to FE so they would likely connect more with that we have seen in this game so far.

Any big enough community can give a hint of the opinion of the whole mass.

Implying GamePress forums are a large enough community to make up the majority of players for a WORLDWIDE GAME. These forums aren't even the biggest English FE community! *Ahem* Now.

Um... Yeah, so the votes are a global collection, firstly, and these forums are by no means a show of the general masses thoughts. Trust me, I won't see the characters I want anytime soon.

As for them faking it, I can't believe that. I doubt they saw, or wanted, Veronica or any original characters to hit the top spots. And a lot of the characters are very popular ones. We even had beast show up, which I believe IS is trying to avoid. So, no. I don't think it's rigged.

Make sure to place a towel down wherever you sit; we don't want the blood pouring from your ass to stain anything.

I gave Celica and Ephraim 1 vote each (split up all 7). IS isn't lying. The results are very realistic based on what I saw everyone voting for.

I for one did vote for Veronica, (3 times). I always wanted her to be playable and once I saw her at 5th, I just gave her the extra push.Chapter 2 did hint at her possibly being playable, so I'd say her brave weapon will be different from her regular tome.

Btw, take a deep breath and relax. At the end of the day it is just a game. Have fun.

I gave all my votes to Ephraim. With FEH being my only fire emblem game, I don’t have any attachments to other characters. He’s one of my favorites in this game so I figured I’d vote him.

I saw an unofficial pool, and Ephraim was popular, so it's not a IS consipiracy

On the first fay of voting, i went for Myrrh right before IS announced she was in the SS banner, then day 2 and 3 i went with Gilliam cause we need another lance armor unit thats not holiday based, then days 4 and 5 i went Geirk cause he was my favorite mercenary in the SS game (and the only one....), then the last 2 days i saw hector in first and knew i would place those votes to him.

Voted for Hector, Celica, and Veronica each all the once. People definitely talked about Celica on this site, and in reference to Flora - more likely than not, wouldn't that just be the same few people repeating their stance on multiple threads? Vocal Minority and all that.

Yeah, it's probably a very subjective statement. I just realized Flora much more than Celica.

Dude she's one of the better red mages, and sure people didn't mention her here frequently enough during messages, but the vocal majority isn't on the website either. I will say though, I honestly didn't expect Veronica at all, Camilla was the one I thought would go all out.

I didn’t see much of those 2 on here, but on other sites like Instagram and tumblr that’s where I saw a ton of celica and Veronica fans, so while there wasn’t much here I don’t doubt IS at all that the votes are true

Celica had A TON of fans, if you didnt se it, doesnt mean it didnt happen. Veronica did come as a surprise tho, but its understandable, for many FEH players this is their first game, so they have no attachment to older units.
On the topic of flora, she is a literal who, and you read about ONE guy being very vocal about her.
So i suggest you deal with it, or quit the game.

I vote for Veronica and a lot of people i know vote for her too. On twitter I saw a lot ephraim fan so i think its realistic.

I split my votes between Hector and Celica. Just because folks have different taste doesn't mean Intsys is fudging the votes.
