Have any Tempest/GHB units moved up in tier?

Since the reveal of Heroic Grail allowing GHB/Tempest trial units the opportunity to reach +10 merges, has this raised any of the those unit’s tier?

If not, is it just because only a few of them are able to be +10 right now (Zephiel & Masked March) and more heroic grails have to be cumulated to test them first?
Maybe because they still can’t have a Boon/Bane that is still what’s holding them down?
Or maybe have hey just not gotten around to it?

I feel like a lot of them could use a look over.

Would love to hear from a fire emblem game press content writer.
Also if anyone can point out any GHB/Tempest units that have moved up since heroic grails that would be great
BETTER if someone had a picture of the tier map from before Heroic grails announcement.

Looks like quite a few of them went up a tier.

I doubt you're going to see any of the writers here to explain their reasonings though.

What reasoning do you expect? They simply can get merges now, nothing else changed.

They did move up the tier, Zephiel is now tier 2, Garon tier 3 etc.
Also, Michalis finally caught up to his sister.

BK joined Zelgius in Tier 1 and got his 'Explanation' updated.

- They may function the same but BK may never be as good as a +Spd Zelgius. (He also doesn't have Warp Powder)

Tier lists are retarded and youre just as retarded for putting any value in them.
