Has Catria with PRF been updated on the Tier list?

They did change Catria's placement on the tier list from tier 5 to tier 4, but tier lists in FE Heroes are just theoretical as people can make any unit work (well, almost any unit).

It's an amazing weapon! I can't wait until the merge update to fix her -Spd flaw.
