Has anyone noticed the new units have changed the art formula?

Yep. At least, these units have. It's pretty interesting. I wonder if it'll stay that way into the future.

I think only Eir has that.
B!Veronica's damage and special art looks like one is modified from the other.

Yeah, I didn't know B!Veronica was like that. But Lif, Hel, and Thrasir also have the same art formulae as Eir.

And Rebecca still has the best art "formula".
