Harmonic Lance or Reprisal Lance?

I've been using a Berkut that I built with a Harmonic Lance+ (in pic), but I've been thinking about making some changes to it. I do have a Sumia laying around (perfect iv's, but i never used her) and I'm wondering if a Reprisal Lance might do the job better.

Well, it'd definitely work better than Harmonic Lance since it boosts his attack, making it easy to procure Heavy Blade. On the enemy phase, at least.

Alright. I'll probably do it then. It's not like Sumia's exactly helping me out anyway.

I'm Curious, What Are Sumia's IVs.

+Spd -Def. Not as optimal as I remember them being when she showed up, but at least the perfect boon.

I Don't Know... That Spd Is Very Good, Especially After This Banner, Even If Her Def Isn't The Best, You Could Run Her On A Tactic/Flier Team. I Think Reprisal Lance Is Better, Especially If You Want To Do The Mini Aether.
