Is Hardin now obsolete and fodderable?

I have a +10 perfect IV Effie that needs some serious love. I have no distant counter fodder. Most other fodders I do have, including a single Hardin (-def, +hp) which is incomplete and unused.

With my new L!Tiki finished, I can't see myself ever using Hardin again. Would it be a mistake to feed him to Effie?

And what else would you guys do with this Effie?
