Honestly that IV is pretty tras. If you’re running Bladetome on W!Tharja definitely give her bold fighter, if you’re still using Candelabra or another tome probably don’t.

If you are worried about him being -Atk and considering foddering him to Tharja... Tharja's neutral attack is 46 and Hardin's with a bane is 47.

Hardin is an excellent unit who can do well with any IV set. If I could choose, neutral would be the optimal IV set. -Atk would probably be your last choice, but he is still one of the best units in the game. He will just depend more on buffs or his special for damage output.

ditto to ^, he's not that good. In general his best IV is probably +atk/-spd. For arena score his best IV is +atk/-res (bc -hp and -spd are superbanes that will take him out of his current score bracket).

But for you, +res makes him a perfect mixed tank, so when his brazen def/res activates he can withstand almost anything. To make yours able to fire off quick kills as well you'll probably need to give him steady or ward breath so that he can activate his special (bonfire or ignis) faster.

If he's your only Hardin there're a lot of reasons to keep him. If his Bold Fighter puts your other arena armor over the top, then you can fodder this one.
